| Richway International is based in South Korea, not Hawaii. |
Richway International is based in Honolulu, Hawaii. All customer service, order processing, quality control and product design is done at headquarters in Honolulu. The BioMat is manufactured by our contract manufacturer, Richway & Life Co. (R & L Co.) in South Korea with very specific quality standards and measures. |
| Richway International was issued a warning letter from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the company never took care of it. |
Richway’s previous contract manufacturer, Richway NF, received a warning letter in 2013. Since this event, Richway International contracted a new manufacturer, R & L Co. This company has been Richway International’s contract manufacturer since 2013. R & L Co. meets or exceeds the standards and regulations set forth by both the FDA and Richway International. R & L Co. has never been issued a warning letter from the FDA. |
| Richway does not produce BioMats and provide support after the purchase. |
Richway is registered with the FDA as the official importer and specification developer for the BioMat. The contract manufacturer (R & L Co.) in South Korea is also registered. Richway International is responsible for the design, development, manufacturing and all service of authentic bio-mats. Richway International continues to provide excellent customer service and support both during the sales process and for years following the initial purchase. |
